In 2005, founders Miki and Nidhi Trikha started Spice Bazaar, an upscale spice and Indian grocery store in Vernon Hills .   Due to the growing demand in Vernon Hills and its surrounding cities for an Indian quick bite eating experience, the founders decided to open Spicy Bites - Indian Cafe. 
  
Spicy Bites - Indian Cafe is located in heart of Vernon Hills shopping, residential and business areas.  The cafe offers different venues in one: a fast food lunch option, All-day Snack Bar, and a Carryout or Dine-in Dinner option.  This concept offers customers varietyh through multiple dining and carry-out options within a single establishment.
